A  pretty and traditional stone character cottage on the outskirts of  North Tamerton village.  Only 9 miles from tbeautiful  classic sandy beaches at Widemouth Bay and 11 miles to Bude beach resort. Probably dating from the 18th century, the cottage  is in a rural setting, one of a few cottages in the courtyard setting of a family farm.   Holidaymakers are welcome to stroll in the wood and fields, with a short stroll down to the stream (Tamar river) with trout fishing.  This  stream also makes an enjoyable and relaxing venue  for picnics. Try the walk along part of the old Bude Canal which runs through the farm. Holsworthy market town is about 4 miles away with town shops and facilities. Visit the  Tamar Lakes Water Park (nature reserve, for hire- canoeing, windsurfing, sailing), Tamar Otter Park and much more.
The first bedroom  has 1 double bed.  The second bedroom has  1 double bed.  There is a kitchen  with an electric cooker, a microwave,  fridge  and also a washing machine.  The roomy open plan lounge/diner  has a colour T.V. and a video, with beamed ceiling and feature  fireplace. There is a bathroom with bath, over head shower, toilet and washbasin (downstairs).  Night storage heaters are in the kitchen, the lounge/diner and both bedrooms. As shown in the photo, at the front of the cottage is a small  farm grass area (in front courtyard ) and has seating.  Lots of  parking space in the courtyard for 2 cars . No pets please.
