Well Farmhouse is an eighteenth cent character  farmhouse situated on Well Farm, only eleven miles to Bude, North Cornwall. Beaches at Widemouth Bay are 9 miles. A beautiful old  farmhouse with beamed ceiling etc. A lovely rural  setting   on traditional family. There are woods, fields & other areas for walks &  to explore. The farm has its own driveway , so is set away from road traffic. Take the short stroll through the field or down the road to the  trout stream (can fish using  worm, spinner or fly). Old bridge with lovely river walks, ideal for picnics. Own large enclosed front lawn as in photo.  Garden furniture and BBQ. Reduced green fees on selected nearby golf courses (via cottage owner).
The first bedroom  has 1 single bed. The second bedroom has  has 1 double bed. The thirf bedroom has  1 double bed. The fourth bedroom 4  (downstairs) has 1 single bed & bunk beds. A double bed - settee in lounge. The lounge has a  colour T.V. & video. Second  downstairs toilet. A bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower. Second  T.V. in bedroom 2. The kitchen/diner (with seating for ten) has an  eleccooker, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher & washing machine. £1 electric meter. Very popular, a log fire in lounge (the logs are included in the price). Electric  convector heaters in all rooms (they are wall mounted). There is plenty of off the road parking space for 4 cars. No pets please.
