Beautifully
converted from an old stone barn on the farm, this semi-detached
cottage is situated in North Tamerton village, 11 miles from the
beaches at Bude, North Cornwall. Widemouth Bay excellent beaches 9 miles.
A lovely rural setting at the end of the farm's
driveway so set away from main road traffic. There is a small rear garden.
BBQ & garden furniture. Can stroll in the fields and lovely
river walks along the river Tamar with trout fishing (worm, fly or spinning).
Can also enjoy walks on part of the old Bude Canal which runs through
the farm. Only thirteen miles to Upper Tamar Lakes Water Park
which is a nature reserve and has hire facilities for canoeing, windsurfing
& sailing. Reduced green fees on nearby golf courses (via cottage
owner).
First bedroom
has 1 double bed. Second bedroom has 1 double bed & 1 single
bed. The kitchen has an electric cooker and a fridge. There is a
washing machine. The lunge/diner has a colour T.V. and a video. The bthroom
has a bath with an overhead shower. Night storage heaters in the
hallway and in the lounge/diner. Electric heaters as well. There is lots
of adjacent parking space for 2 cars adjacent to cottage. No pets
.
