A detached  bungalow situated on  outside of North Tamerton village, away from other houses so affording privacy. The bungalow is only  9 miles from the Widemouth Bay excellent beaches  and 10 miles from Budel.  A lovely rural  setting having  panoramic views over the valley and the Claw, Deer and Tamar  rivers.  Take the short walk down to the picturesque y humped bridge over the river Tamar ( the fields at this point, which are part of the bungalow owner's farm, and enjoy the river walks-even try a spot of trout fishing; you can use fly, spinner or worm!) and the little bridge over the river Deer.  If you stroll up the lane onto the owner’s Well Farm, through the gate, down the field and enjoy a stroll along the remains of what was the upper reaches of  Bude Canal. The bungalow  has its own driveway entrance (visible in photo),  so set away from the road. There is a large enclosed garden, with a few apple trees etc.  At the back the bungalow is adjacent to a hay barn and other farm buildings, but  is fenced off and separate from the holiday bungalow grounds.  Enjoy the peace and quiet and unspoilt  countryside and the somewhat roomy grounds of the bungalow and play areas for the children.  Reduced green fees on selected nearby golf courses (via cottage owner).
 The first bedroom has 1 double bed.  The second bedroom  has 1 double bed.  The third bedroom   has 2 single beds. The Kitchen/diner has an elec  cooker & a  fridge.  Colour T.V. in the lounge.  The bathroom has a  bath with an  overhead shower.  Two electric heaters and also a log fire in lounge (logs are inclusive). During  Christmas & New Year there is a rayburn (which is included in the price). The rayburn also  works three radiators.  There is parking in the rage and other parking for 3 cars in driveway.  No pets please.
