A luxury semi-cottage
cottage, converted from a barn, just outside North Tamerton village,
Bude 11 miles & 9 miles to Widemouth Bay beaches, North Cornwall.
Ground floor accommodation only and the cottage is at the bottom
of the short farm driveway, away from the road. A very attractive
rural setting. Some adjacent play areas for children. The cottage has a
tiny rear grass and a large walled front patio- suitable for
sitting in (there is garden furniture supplied). Take a stroll down
to the stream (trout fishing-worm, spinning or fly). Worth visiting is
the Upper Tamar Lakes Water Park (13 miles away) which is a nature
reserve and has hire facilities for canoeing, windsurfing & sailing.
Bude is a beach resort and has miles of classic sandy beaches, cliff walks,
10 pin bowling, leisure centre,indoor pool, free huge pool on the beach,golf
course,outdoor tennis courts,rowing boats and coarse fishing on Bude canal,
canal side walks. Horse riding in Holsworthy or Bude. Reduced green fees
at selected nearby golf courses (via cottage owner). Holsworthy is
four miles, with shops, cafes, pubs etc.
The first bedroom
has 1 double bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The
third bedroom has 1 single bed. Lovely kitchen having a breakfast
table, electric oven, hob unit, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
washer/dryer. The lounge/diner with colour T.V. and video. Bathroom having
a bath, overhead shower & toilet. Night storage heaters in all bedrooms,
lounge & hallway. The cottage has its own adjacent parking space
in front of cottage and other parking in courtyard. No pets.
