A lovely and spacious luxury converted barn only 11 miles to the beaches at Bude &  9 miles to Widemouth Bay beaches, North Cornwall. Consisting of ground floor accommodation only it is   situated at the bottom of the short farm driveway, away from the road.  A pretty,  rural setting. Adjacent play areas for children in fields etc. There is  a tiny rear grass and as visible in the photo a  large  walled  front patio- suitable for sitting in (garden furniture supplied). Take the short stroll down to the stream (trout fishing-worm, spinning or fly) and enjoy  walks along part of the old Bude Canal.Upper Tamar Lakes Water Park & Lower Tamar Lakes Nature Reserve provide  hire facilities for canoeing, windsurfing & sailing. Bude is a beach resort and has miles of classic sandy beaches, cliff walks, 10 pin bowling, leisure centre,indoor pool, free huge pool on the beach,golf course,outdoor tennis courts,rowing boats and coarse fishing on Bude canal, canal side walks. Reduced green fees at selected nearby golf courses (via cottage owner). Small market town of Holsworthy is 4 miles and has a livestock and pannier market every wednesday.
The first bedroom has 1 has 1 double bed & 1 single bed. The second bedroom  has 1 single bed. The third bedroom  3 has 2 single beds. A double bed-settee in lounge area. Duvets. Roomy living area. Kitchen/dining area  has an  electric oven, hob unit, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The lounge  area  has a h colour T.V. & video. The bathroom has a bath,overhead shower & toilet.Heating by night storage heaters in all bedrooms, lounge & hallway.  The cottage has its own adjacent parking space in front of cottage and other parking in courtyard. No pets please.
